Y-Shield Paint
Y-Shield High Frequency Shielding Paint
Easy to apply water-based paint for walls, ceilings, doors and other interior OR exterior surfaces. Very effective for blocking cell phone signals, CB, TV, AM, FM signals, radiofrequency radiation and microwaves. Tested highly effective up to 18 GHz!
Based on a high quality pure acrylic binder, this shielding paint offers a perfect compromise of excellent attenuation, high water resistance and good ecology. Good adhesion on many surfaces and substrates like latex paint, construction boards, cement, plaster, polystyrene, masonry surfaces, etc.
Frost-resistant liquid format, ready to use right out of the bottle. Easy to handle – brush or roll similar to ordinary wall paint - and still achieve an amazing reduction of 99% of HF-Radiation with only one layer. Dries quickly. Water clean-up.
Due to its holohedral carbon structure, without fibers or meshes, it offers consistent attenuation regardless of the direction of signal polarization, and a highly conductive surface. As a bonus, carbon is a good RF absorber. About 10% of Y-Shield shielding effectiveness is due to absorption. This helps reduce reflections and minimizes the risk from RF sources trapped inside the shielded area.
15 month long shelf life. Safe for air or ground shipping any time of year.

Y-Shield Grounding Kit

Specially designed for grounding flat surfaces like walls painted with Y-Shield. Provides secure connection. Connect to surface after Y-Shield has dried, but before overcoating. Ground cable included is 40 inches. Includes 25 feet of 1 inch wide conductive tape. Use at least 1 ground per 1000 sq ft of painted surface.
Important note about conductive paint and the National Electric Code:
The is nothing in the NEC which prohibits painting your walls with conductive paint. However, because this product does NOT carry a UL listing, some electrical inspectors, by virtue of being the “Authority Having Jurisdiction” can require the homeowner to hire an electrical engineer to certify that the product is safe to connect to the electrical ground. They can also require that a licensed electrician perform the ground connection. If your application requires an electrical inspection AFTER installation, you should check with your local inspector BEFORE you proceed to avoid any surprises.

Ni/Cu/Co Fabric Tape

"Conductive Adhesive Too!"
High conductivity, high flexibility fabric tape with conductive adhesive.Nickel, Copper and Cobalt coated nylon ripstop fabric (with anti-fray) offers excellent RF shielding properties (70 dB at 1 MHz, 100 dB at 1 GHz) and electrical conductivity (surface resistivity of less than 0.1 Ohms/sq). Use it so seal gaps, seams, and edges of shielding fabrics, paints or plastics. Also can be used to create conductive pathways on surfaces or add shielding to cables and flexible conduits. Cuts easily with scissors. Extremely corrosion and tear resistant, -10 to 80C. Only 0.005 inch thick. 1 inch wide, 25 feet per roll with paper release liner.

CuPro-Cote Paint
Copper Particle Conductivity in a Water Based Paint
This is a sprayable, brushable, or rollable conductive metallic coating using a specially formulated copper as the conductive agent for superior performance in electric field and RF shielding. Developed initially as an RFI/EMI shield for plastic electronic equipment housings, it can be applied directly onto acrylic, ABS and structural foams, as well as solvent sensitive materials such as polycarbonate and polystyrene. Can also be applied to other non-porous surfaces including primed wallboard, wood and clean metals. Can be applied by sprayer, brush or roller just like ordinary latex paint! Just as safe to handle, too. Thin with water. Good surface resistivity of <1 Ohm/sq at 1 mil dry film thickness. Attenuation: more than 75 dB from 30 MHz to 1.5 GHz. Dried coating is stable up to 250° F. Covers 670 ft² per gallon per mil thickness if application is 100% efficient (typically 400 ft² per gallon when applied by roller). Color = Glitter Copper, but you can paint over with ordinary latex paint to achieve desired aesthetics. Warning: CuPro-Cote liquid does not tolerate freeze/thaw well. We cannot be responsible for freeze damage during shipping. Click to see MSDS (.pdf) RoHS Compliant. VOC: 1.0 ± 0.1 lbs/gallon (120.0 ± 12 grams/liter) If you are concerned about reflections inside the painted shield, line a portion of it with Microwave Absorber Sheet. Requires grounding like any other RF shielding material.

Air Pure Shielding Paint
When Zero VOC Matters Most
We know many electrosensitive people are also chemically sensitive. And the idea of painting anything can be a scary thought. Air Pure solves the problem of combining a zero VOC formulation with the RF shielding ability of conductive Nickel flake to produce an excellent water based primer for your walls and ceilings. Simply paint on like you would any normal primer, ground, and cover with a latex paint of your choice. Intended for interior applications.
Goes on gray, easy water clean up. Non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, and no odor. Can be brushed or rolled. Do not spray. Provides about 90% reduction of microwave radiation with 2 thin coats. Cover about 600 sq ft per coat, per gallon.
